EU decides not to carry out sampling investigation in anti-dumping cases of prestressed non-alloy steel wires and steel strands against China

A few days ago, the European Commission took care of us and decided not to conduct a sample survey on anti-dumping cases of prestressed non-alloy steel wires and steel strands against China, and asked all Chinese companies responding to submit dumping questionnaires before April 11, 2008. The European Commission will carry out on-site inspections of eight Chinese respondent companies from March 27 to April 18, 2008, and ask relevant companies to make preparations.

On February 16, 2008, the European Union initiated anti-dumping investigations on prestressed non-alloy steel wires and steel strands originating in China. According to customs statistics, in 2007, the amount of products involved in the export to China was 240 million U.S. dollars.
